ZJ119型卷接机组独立驱动烟条切割装置控制系统优化设计

摘要:

为解决ZJ119型卷接机组在使用独立驱动的烟条切割装置时出现的打刀问题,对该装置的控制系统进行优化设计。在驱动层将电流环的采样周期由125μs降低至31.25μs,从而提高伺服电机的响应速度和控制精度;在控制层通过细分控制区域来优化运动控制算法,避免喇叭嘴电机与刀盘电机在干涉区建立同步。以石家庄卷烟厂生产的“荷花”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:优化后的独立驱动烟条切割装置的伺服电机控制精度明显提升,喇叭嘴在设备启动加速、匀速运行和停机减速3个阶段的水平偏移最大位移分别由0.120、0.024、0.126 mm降低至0.033、0.009、0.072 mm;控制系统优化后的装置在为期1月的测试时间内未出现打刀现象。该技术可为提高卷接机组运行效率提供支持。

Abstract:

To avoid the interference between the tobacco rod cutoff blade and ledger in a ZJ119 filter cigarette maker, where the tobacco rod cutoff mechanism is independently driven. The control system of the cutoff mechanism was optimized as follows: in the driving layer, the sampling period of the current loop was reduced from 125 μs to 31.25 μs to raise the response speed and control accuracy of the servo motor; in the control layer, the motion control algorithm was optimized by finely dividing the control area to prevent synchronization between the rotary ledger motor and the blade carrier motor in the interference zone. The said system was tested using“HEHUA”brand cigarettes at Shijiazhuang Cigarette Factory. The results showed that the control accuracy of the servo motor in the independently driven tobacco rod cutoff mechanism was improved significantly. The maximum horizontal displacements of the ledger during the start-up acceleration, constant speed running, and shutdown stages reduced from 0.120, 0.024, and 0.126mm to 0.033, 0.009, and 0.072 mm, respectively. No interference between the cutoff blade and ledger happened during the one-month test period. This technology provides support for promoting the operational efficiency of filter cigarette makers.
