为解决ZJ119型卷接机组生产中因接装纸出现横向偏移而造成烟支接装纸粘结不齐等问题,设计了一种接装纸自动纠偏系统。该系统由检测机构和执行机构组成,检测机构利用超声波传感器对接装纸的位置进行检测和反馈,卷接机组的IPC控制系统根据反馈结果控制执行机构中的伺服电机转动,进而通过活动连板、连杆等带动导纸辊偏转,从而实现对接装纸位置的自动调整。以红河卷烟厂生产的“红河(硬88)”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:应用自动纠偏系统后的ZJ119型卷接机组出现接装纸粘结不齐的报警次数由4.5次/月降低到0.25次/月,人工调节偏移接装纸的时间由54.5 min/月降低到2.25 min/月。该技术可为提高卷烟外观质量和设备运行效率提供支持。
